1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Site is owned and operated by AgentQuote.co.uk Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “AgentQuote”, being a company registered in England & Wales Number 6292991. The registered company address is 20 Tawe Business Village, Enterprise Park, SWANSEA, SA7 9LA.

1.2 These Terms And Conditions are deemed to include our Privacy Policy and are collectively known as "these Terms" and relate to all users of this Site.

1.3 The terms “Site”, or “Website” shall refer to the totalconveyancing.com Website.

1.4 The term “User” shall apply to any persons requesting a quotation using this Site.

1.5 The term “Panel-member” shall apply to any individual solicitor or ‘body of solicitors’ providing a quotation through this Site.

1.6 When you use this Site, you must agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must not use this Website.

1.7 These Terms are a legal agreement between AgentQuote and the User and cannot be modified without our consent. AgentQuote can amend these Terms at their discretion and without notice to you at any time by publishing the amended Terms on the Site. The published version of these Terms will represent AgentQuote's most current Terms and will apply whenever you use this Site.

2. GENERAL TERMS

2.1 In order to provide you with a quotation for any additional services you may request through this Site, we may have to pass your contact details on to a service provider who may in turn contact you to discuss your requirements. By requesting quotations for additional services through this Site you are agreeing that you are willing to be contacted by our nominated third party service provider.

3. WARRANTY & LIABILITIES

3.1 Any information provided through using this Site is for general interest only and does not constitute specific advice or verified facts, and, in particular; it should not be construed as financial advice. AgentQuote makes no warranties, representations or guarantees with regard to using this Site.

3.2 Neither AgentQuote nor any of its agents, employees and sub-contractors shall be liable to the User or any other party for any claim, loss, demand or damages whatsoever (whether such claims, loss, demands or damages were foreseeable, known or otherwise) arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Site.

3.3 The exclusion of liability includes, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of revenue; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of anticipated savings; loss of good will; loss of reputation; loss or damage to or corruption of data; loss of use of money or otherwise, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such claim, loss, demand or damages and arising in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.4 AgentQuote is not party to the actual transactions between Users and any Panel-member and does not review Users' comments. AgentQuote shall not be held responsible for the actions or inactions of Users and Panel-members involved in transactions (whether such transactions are carried out on or off the Site). AgentQuote has no control over, does not guarantee, and will not be held responsible for any mistruth, inaccuracies, mismanagement, negligence or any other act deemed as inefficient or improper handling of your case by any chosen Panel-member.

3.5 This Site provides the means for the User to make contact with a Panel-member on an introductory basis. Agentquote therefore declare and hold themselves to be ‘Introducers of business’ and not Agents for any Panel-member.

3.6 AgentQuote has no control over the methods that any Panel-member may employ to conduct their business or of the level of proficiency or professionalism they will provide to the User. If the User decides to transact with any Panel-member or third party through this Site, he or she does so at his or her own risk.

3.7 We make no warranties on behalf of those parties referred to in 3.6.

4. LEGAL JURISDICTION

4.1 In the event of any provision of this agreement becoming declared as invalid it shall to that extent be severed from the main body of this agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect.

4.2 Any delay or failure of AgentQuote to enforce its rights under this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights to do so.

4.3 This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be varied except in writing signed by both parties hereto.

4.3 Nothing in this agreement constitutes a partnership or agency agreement between the parties. Neither party has the authority or powers to bind the other party to a contract in the name of, or create a liability against, the other party in any way or for any purpose.

4.4 English law shall apply to these Terms. The User must irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
